The Senior Project Manager is accountable for efficient and effective delivery of operational objectives and specific projects’ deliverables. Accountable for all aspects of project including supply management, project controls and project margin. Ensuring specific/ identified projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure optimal utilization of resources and projects are implemented within budget.

A Marketing and Sales Executive identifies market trends, analyses consumer behaviour, and develops effective campaigns to drive sales growth. Additionally, engages in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals to achieve overall business objectives.

To check construction drawings for any discrepancies and to coordinate with relevant consultants. Site pre-construction, in process and post-construction and post-construction inspection/ testing of works.

Handle general complaints, defect enquiries, and information requests via telephone and mobile phone, while updating records and following up on outstanding matters on a daily basis.
